The statement that international teams are sources of innovative ideas is well-known. However, in the 2022 "International Expert Network Survey" by EURES (European Employment Services), Germany ranked 60th out of 64 countries. Germany is not the most favored country to work in.International experts highlighted a lack of friendliness among German colleagues and the challenging conditions for making friends. A reserved approach often dominates the behavior of German colleagues, creating a distant atmosphere. How can we enhance the working environment with seamless improvements? Let's begin by simulating the working conditions of the 21st century in higher education. The „InterCultureX: Innovation & Teamwork“ course brings together international and regular students, providing a solid foundation for future creative working concepts. It equips students with the knowledge and practical skills in intercultural teamwork, simulating future work conditions to foster the development of outstanding projects in their fields. Randomly formed groups promote intercultural and academic diversity
